A new decision is that the inland craft are to be divided under the direction of arbitrators nominated hy the U.S., who will also decide any coses of disputed ownership on the Danube. An Anglo-French, and American Commission will take provisional control of the vessels, and the profits accruing therefrom will be placed at the disposal of the Commission of Reparation. The arbitrators will decide as to the extent of the property rights of the Danube shipping companies! and the amount of compensation due to them for the requisitioned boats. The decision that the amount of compensation must not exceed the original cost of acquirement has been cancelled and the articles referring to harbours, waterways and railways are slightly altered.
