BIBLES FOR ICELAND.

Few places have been more inaccessible during the war than Bogo Iceland. For more than a cen- tury the British and Foreign Bible Society has supplied the island with Scriptures in Ice- landic. Fortunately 2 large S stock of a newly revised Bible 57.4 and New Testament was sent to Reykjavik before the outbreak of war. Last year more books were sold than at any previous period, and the stock is now exhausted. A further supply of 1,400 Ice- Jandic Bibles and 1,000 Testa- ments is being dispatched.
