(1). After any resolution has been passed under the provisions of paragraph (1) of this Article the Board may arrange on behalf of the Society for the dividend or bone to be set off againak the call by authorizing ang person on behalf of the members from whom such call is due to enter into an Agreement with the Society providing for such dividend or bonus to be set off agains sach call and ang Agreement made under sach authority shall be effective.
