BOY-ED DESPISES RED FLAG.

Berlin, Sunday, January 5- "Like most of my comrades in the Navy, I am preparing myself the for a new profession, in selection of which my familiarity with American perseverance and nfidence is proving an inspiring factor," said Capt. Capt. Boy-Ed recounted has ex- periences during the Kiel revolu- j tion. He said:

"When the first evidence of insubordination appeared, a meet- ing was held on a ship of the first squadron. Conversations be- tween the commander and crew revealed no complaints on the part of the men regarding mis- treatment by officers. The men's complaints were based wholly on political and military views. That insubordination and mutiny in isolated sections of various crews, and the revolution that followed,) gained such rapid momentum can!
