A compilation by the National City Bank of Now York estimating the trade of the full year based upon the figures thus far available puts the total imports at approxi mately $3,100,000,000, and the total exports at approximately $6,200,000,000, thus estimating the year's total trade' at approximate. ly $9,300,000,000 against $9,185,- 000,000 in 1917, the former high record year.
