Shewan. Tomes & Co Hongkong, and their successors in business as General Managers no long as the General Managers for the time being (if a corporation) or (if an unincorporated firm) any one or more" partner partners in the firm of the General Managers in 'dividually or collectively shall hold not less than one thousand shares of the Company.
