On my arrival to the casualty room the man was quite white, and there were no heart sounds. Artificial respiration was going on, but there was no attempt at volanty respiration. The man seemed quite dead, so I quickly pus iodine on the skin. and made Au incis'on in the upper right rectus region. In troducing my band through this incision I was able to grasp the heart firmly in my band, for the diaphragm s8 EO flacid that' this WAL quite 0687.
