Death of Canon Bullock,

The death has coourred at Cheltenham, at an advanced age, of Ganon Bichard Bullock, MA. who for 14 years was 'viour of Holy Trinity, Lsede. The Position of Luxemburg. A mssage from Luxemborg to Baal states that, according to the newspapers, the Chamber has adopted an Order of the Day asking the Government to organise's plebiscite so that the people of Luxemburg may be able to give their opinion oon- cerning the future form of the Stats. The Chamber demanda that the Grand Daobese aholi abstain from all actions affecting the Government, until the plebiscite. A resolution moved by the Liberala and Socialists demanding the abdication of the Grand Diobess "and the proclamation of a Republic was rojected.

Death of Lady Paget. -" Lady Paget, widow of Admiral Sir Alfred Paget, K.Ü.B., KÜ MG., D80, and daughter of the Right Hon. Sir William MioGregor, KOM.G., died in Landon on September 13, aged 33 years. She married Sir A. Pegel in 1908.
