The Peking Nôws Agency res ports that the partial redemption. of the 4th year domestic loss by drawing which ought to have taken place last February ba been" postponed until now sccount of financial difficulty. As the Government's credit is in-. volved in this matter the Ministry of Finance has proposed to make ase of the Custom revenue sur plus, of which some $2,000,000 ars still available, for this pur pose.
