A telegram to the Temps"from Marseilles states that Flight Sub Lieut. Aber left the serodrome of Bao, Paris, si 6 o'clock in the morning, landed at Lyons at 9.15, and left Eyons at noon for Mar sailles, where he landed at 2.14. The flight from Paris to Marseille -aotual flying time-took 5 hours 7min,, s speed of 100 miles per hour.

How Germany Got Wool. The existence of an enormous traffic between Iceland, which | belongs to Denmark, and the Central Powers, was disclosed in. the Prize Court recently by the Attorney General în opening the case of a group of captured cargoes. In a few months from the outbreak of war, he said, the whole Icelaadio output of 200,000 wool skins was exported to Ger many and Austria by Danmark. It' had been difficult for us to detect this traffic because the ships went north and slid down the coast of Norway in territorial waters, The first of the vessels in the group, the Gustaf E. Falck, carried acme bundreds of balea, of wool and 58,000 sheepskins, and when she was challenged by EMS. Moldavis bolted for territorial waters and did not etop until fired apón.
Forged Army Papers. At the Tasmen Police Court Morris Miller, 23, of Russian nationality, described as a tailor, and Joseph Levy, 31, & dealer, were each sen tsk.ced to six months' imprisonment with hard labour, in addition to being fined $50. for having in their possession forged Army documenta. Miller who stated to be a deserter from the Royal Fusiliers, sad Levy sn absentee from military service, having moved from place to place and failed to join up.
