A Loudon Theatre Sold for 105,000.

The purchase of His Majesty's Theatre has been completed and Mr. Joseph Benson, the Liverpool nitrate merobant, became, the proprietor of the theatre, at a purchase price of £105,000. Af the same time he granted to Messrs. Grossmith and Laarillard a tease of the theatre for 28 years. Mr. Benson entered into a similar arrangement with them recently in respect of the Shaftesbury Theatre. Messrs.
