First Woman D. Sc. To Retire.
Men. 8. Bryant, D 8o., D Litt., who has been headmistress of the North London Collegiate School since 1895, is resigning her office at the end of the summer term, 1918. The school was founded in 1850, and was the first school for girls to be run on public school lines. Mrs. Bryant is the wecond schoolmistress since the foundation in 1850, having #coceeded Miss Francea Mary Base.
