U.S. Import Trade, w President Wilson recently isen- ed a proclamation requiring the ficenting of most of the chief im- porta by the War Trade Board, enabling the Government to cop trol imports as they have controll ed exporta since the war, and giving the government shother powerful weapon, which will be used to the fallest extent in the #conomic war against Germany.
