Nineteen Korean young men sud women who had made their way to Shanghai from Korea and planned embarking on the steamer Chips for America on 20th Novem- ber were discovered and stopped by the Japanese Consular authori ties, it has just bean learned, saya- the Peking Daily News of De ber 10, Faar of the girls were arreated and taken to Moji on the Kaonga Hara for leaving Korea without paceports.
