Cutting off Germany Sources of Wealth.

Lord Robert Cecil, who recent ly returned from a visit to the British front, said in conversation with a representative of Reuter's Agency:-Austria, Tarker, Bal- garia, and even Germany itself

are kept at war by Kaiserism, by the military caste, backed by the "clsises who get rich on war, the vultures of commerce and indas. try. The military oasts we mast convince by aim, but the industrial and commercial valtares we must attack in their pcckets. We must show them that war is not a paying basiness. Blockade by itself will not do that. We must go further and out off their sources of wealth s far as we can. We must cut of their overseas branches in tha Far East, in parts of South America, and elsewhere. We welcome the United States Trad- ing with the Enemy Aot, which is admirably designed to carry on soccomic pressure. Feople cannot carry on operations with. out fostoial assistance from out- Bide.
