Each tender must be accompanied by a receipt to the effect that he tenderer has deposited in the Colonial Treasury a suit of $50 as a pledge‹f the luna fides of his offer. which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown of the tenderer refuses to carry out his tender and com ly with the conditions hereinafter". contained, should the tender be accepted.
