Is It A German Ruse ? * An interesting item is reported from Panama. A steamer recently arrived there with 159, crates, which were found to contain a complete wireless installat on. They were signed to the "Compania' de Electricidad Industrial" in Val- paraiso. The can,l authorities have held them up, pending an investigation into their ultimate- destination, as the "Compania de Electricidad" is unknown in Valparaiso. It is confidently believed that the move is a German ruse to establish wireless communication with Germany.
