Japanese Journalist in Trouble,

·Court of Appeal, lir. Yamamoto, correspondent of several Tokyo į- gapers, was ordered to pay a fine: of 1.200 for sending a nowe tele- gram from Nagasaki to Tokyo containing details of an interview with. Admiral von Binize, former German Minister at Peking. the telegram conveying the im premibs that the interview had been obtained while the Admiral was passing through Nagasaki, whereas communication between persons ashore and the ship bad been prohibited. In the District Court the accused was sentenced to six months' imprisonment and the Procurator who had charge of the osse in the Appeal Court asked for a sentence of 12 months' imprisonment,
