It is evident, that the U-boat murderers are striving to carry out in general practice the policy advocated by Count von Luxburg to "sink without a trace." The Belfast sahooner Jane Williamsrn, 197.tons, was attacked by a su marine recently off the coast of "Cornwall and ́shelled till she sink. Accommodation for Seamen Considering the interest which is being taken in the question of accommodation for seamen in British whips, says "the Syren,"- it may be helpful to indicate what, at any rate, one of our rival is doing in the matter.
