Sir Samuel Evans, president of the British priss court, has devided, "that the 1,800 tons of dried fruits from New York and San Francisco seized on the steamships San Francisco and Pacific sbould be released to the Swedish Commision, to which the cargoes were oparigned. The American Committee for Armenian and Surian Relief has announced that the number of war-relief workers in the Seld in western Asia will shortly be increased by four men who have had experience along these liner, Mesara, Partridge, Jamen, Comp ton, and Elmer.
