Another Fight in Manila.

The following characteristic report of a fight in which Iron Bar Ggated is for the Manila Bulletin of the 10th instant:-

Because Iron Bar kept inside Sammy. Good's hard left and powerful right, Iron Bu shaded Simmy Good in 20 hard: unde at the Olympic club Saturday night in the main event of a eplendid oard. The advance dope didn't hold true and Good who was fig-. ured an eary winner by moet local fight hage, received a draw de- cision because be is the titleholder. No other reason can be as- signed for the decision and the award WEB joat became the Bax shade was of the hairline variety. Good legitimately wen the welterweight championship by beating all comers and while Bax. had a little the best of the batle, Suurday night, it was not enough to take away the title. The majority of the 2,200 fars present were liked with the decision. The battle was a hom- mer; it was a hard fight and it had bat one feature the ring generalship of Iron Box. But Bax was strong and in splen did condition and be staged a re markable come-back. Then again in the 12th, when Bax was knock- ed to the floor, it looked as if the battle was over, but again demon- etrating his wonderful reserve power, Bux came back:

The Dempsey win had the fans on edge for the main event and the headliner keptesidedge abarp. Good was picked us Good was s big favorite to go and when in the very first round a right to the stomach sent Sammy against the roper, then the crowd started to talk. Bez was a big surprice and bie .ir fighting was a treat. He play- ed several tattoon oa Good's midri that bart, but ever there was that possibility of Sammy landing the kayo. ̈ ́
