Adeline Dachers of Bedford' and Sir Arthur Pearson, of the National Institute for the Blind, i 224, Great Portland-street, Lou- don, bare initiated a new project for blind babies The school education of blind children begins at the age of fire, la a day or residential school; but from birth until this age it is usually difficult in a poor household for anyone to find time in which to care for them, and the National Institute for the Blind was therefore nudez- taken to support and manage the home for them.
