Death of Judge R. H. Thayer. We regret to sunounce the death of the Hon. Bofu. H. Thayer, former Judge of the United States Court for China. A telegram published in the New York Times of Jaly 13, 'dated. Kingston, New York, July 12, states that he died there that day, several hours after in spoplectic seizure. - Jadke kofaa Hildret Thayer, Albany, was born at Plymouth, Michigan. on Jade 29. 1850, and graduated from the University of Michigan, in 1871 He was a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Laws.
