Lady's Engagement Ring. Mr. Justice Bhearman recently concluded the hearing in the King's Bench Division of the case in" which Mr. Moss Jacobi, a driver in the B.G.A., and the lady to whom be was engaged, Min Fanny Davis, of Mile End, to recovar a diamond engagement ring, etc. Is giving judgment the Judge said he thought the ring was given in consideration of the future marriage of the parties, and if the lady repudiated the contract she must return the ring.
