Naotera, one of the new Directors, į all the latter, that is, Mr. Nakito Buyei, Baron Go Sainosuke, and Mr Wads Toycji,,and, all the three Advisers-Bicon Shibas- awa Eiichi, Mr Doi Michio, and Mr. Kato Masayoshi-wbo, to- gether with the new Direct 18, joined the Company in connection with the receat agitation by the shareholders for an ingrossed dividend, have also tendered their resignations, ostensibly owing to the fact that the recent trouble has now been amicably settled |by a-dividend, being declared at a total rate of 70 per cent. As a result, speculation is 'more sife than ever concerning the man. agement.
