French, Diplomatist's Death. The death is reported in Paris of M. B. Bous 'Anty, Pleni- potentiary Minister, who wAE successively Consal in Pakhoi, Longtcheon, Tohongking, and lately Consul General in Tohen- tou, M. Bong d' Anty, who had cide meveral explorations in Toi- bes and the Chinese Far West, received in 1909, the gold medal of the Society of Geography for the works he published on these countries.

Admiral von Hintae former German Minister to Coins, apd his party, who are returning home through the United States, arrived at Sin. Francisco by the Dutch liner. Rembrandt on April 21.
