The Lyons Fair. The Committee of the Lyone Fait, has found it necessary, owing to unforeseen difficultier caused. by the present, excentive cold. weather in France, to postpone the opening of the Fair to the 18th of March, next. It was originally intended, it will be remembered, to open the Fair où March 1. It is very gratifying to learn that the Fair this year is on a much more extended scale than last year's, surpassing in siza and importance the somewhat similar Fair at Leipzig.

Sugar Refidery in Chosen. As already reported, a proj et has recently been conceived by SO De representative businesI MEN in Tokyo and Chosen to establish a sogar refinery at Prongsang.
