Journalistic Change.

We learn from the Japan Chronicle that Mr. E J. Harrison, well known as a journalist în Japan and recently engaged in the cffice of the Times' correspon- dent at Petrograd, has been ap pointed Editor of the Japan Advertiser, and will shortly arrive in Japan to take up the position. Mr. Harrison has on more than ons cccasion previously scted in the same capacity, so that the duties will not be new to him.

Spain Seeking A Substitute for Coal.
