Freach Scheme for Tuberculous

War Victims.

The French Red Cross Society is organising in the interest of tuberculous French victims of the war a scheme for the provision of dispensaries and hospitals, the establishment of farm colonies and the erection of sanatoris in hilly regions. The idea is that the farm colonies will consist roughly of 250 sores, divided into allotments on the scale of an acre per man. Settler will owry on intensive
