Limited, will be held at the Company's Office, No. 2 Lower Albert Road, Victoria, Hongkong, on Wednes-ere day the 11th day of October 1916, at 11.45 in the Forenoon, when the subjoined Resolution will be proposed as an Extraordinary Resolu-

tion.
