Penang Will Case.
Penang, Aug. 25-Judgement has been delivered by the fall court of appeal in the Cheang Ah Quee will case. Tau Ah Loi olsimed the status of a “tsip" of secondary wife sud share in the entale of the late Cheang Ah Quee. The claim in the court below was rejected, it being held that there was no marriage cere mony. The Court of Appeal allowed the appeal.-Singapore Free Press.
