Tax-Dodging Steam Launches.

According to a rule, all steam launches loaded with cargo, should be stopped and examined by the Tax Office when they pass through. This they often objected to do, and recently the Commissioner of Finance has re- qoeeted the Superintendent of Customs to issue a notification that hereafter any steam launch which passes the Tax Office muat stop for examination, evca if she is empty, otherwise she will be heavily fined.

After this there should be no obstacle in the way
