Another Shanghal Bomb. On August 11 a Chinese was arrested in Naoking Road, Shang- hai, for being in possession of a bomb. It appears that the prisoner was overheard conversing. with another man about the bomb he was carrying and when he pat it down on a hydrant be was arrested.
