Berlin, July 8-A Vienna die- patah says that Prince Maximilian | Hohenberg, son of the murdered archduke, Terdinand, heir to the Austrian throne, has founded the "Youths' Association of Prayer for Speedy and Favourable Pesos. Calcutta's Promenade. Calcutta, July 20-The question of a river promenade for Calcutta will be considered at a meeting of the General Committee of the Corporation this evening, when the Committee will have before it the proposal of Mr. O. H. Bompas that negotiations should be opened with the Port Commis sioners, with the object of secar- ing ecme length of the river bank north of Howrah Bridge for public use. High Prices for Dyes.
