'Chinese Prince" Appeal.

An appeal is being made in the case of the British lizer Ohinese Prince which was fined P50,300 for her failure to account for 2,012 packages of her manifested cargo upon her arrival in this part on July 4. All the papers pertaining to the case were for- warded by the Collector of Cus toms to the Court of Firat Instance of Manila on July 24 at the request of the attorneys for the local agent of the vessel, Manera, Smith, Bell and Co.
