Kwang-sai Objects to Silver Coins.

The government of Kwang-ra has wired to treneral Lang to ask him not to bave silver coins made for them, as per the original agreement. The excase given for cancellation of the contract is that there is no money to pay for them and they have decided to try to get along with the old cop per coinage. It is only in recent years that they have had any other coins in general circulation, and under the present conditions of financial stringency they think it will be of advantage in go back to the old method if possible.
