It is stated that a Proclamation will be issued this week call- ing up all the remaining Derby groups of bachelors and also showe compulsorily enlisted under the Military Act,

It is understood that only a small percentage of the man-hare been obtained by the calling up of the first four groups, and that the lists of exempted men will be revised.
