In the event that the assets of the Pacific Mail, exclusive of the proceeds of the seven abipa, equals or excOTH $1,250,000, an additional $2.50 will be paid for each share. If the sesete fall below $1,250,000, sproportionate redaction will be made in the additional payment. Messrs. Grace also have cfared the same terms to minority stock- holders of the Pacifie Mail Company.
