Chinese Obtains the Sum of $1,342
A charge of obtaining money by false pretences was brought against a Chinees who was before Mr. Hasaland, at the Police Court this morning. The man was arrested on board the 8.a. Onsang by Sargt, Pincott.
In opening the case, Sergt. Pincott said that the man was
