ITALY'S STARTLING ATTITUDE.

January 19, 1.50 p.m. The Italian Press, which has recently been strongly repudiating any suggestion that Italy has failed to support Montenegro, now comments most bitterly on Montenegro's surrender. It maintains that the capitulation is merely an episode, and says the Austrians will meet very different resistance în Sentari and Albania..

BRITISH OPINION.

The British Press takes a sober view of the ospitals- tion. It points out that the enemy jubilation is really a confession of weskusse, because it is a triumphing over the submission of the remnants of s pigny Army of the sallest Kingdom in the world. This is the first of their adversarisa to submit after eighteen months of wary where- as Germany is weskaning in spreading out, while the Allies are supreme on the sea and are peparing a shattering blow as her vital.
