The directors have pleasure in submitting, for the information of shareholders, the annexed duly sudited statement of the com- pany's accounts 'to June 30, 1915
1914. The balance at credit of this account is taelo 409,063.08 sad, after deducting an interim dividend of 121 per cent, aggre- gating tacle 53,932.58 paid on May 1 last, there remains a sum of taels 355,130.48 which the directors recommend should be appropriated in the following
manner :-

reserve.
And the balance to be transfer- red to underwriting reserve ac count, closing the account for 1914. 1915. The balance at credit of working account June 30 umounts to Taela 711,053.43.
Underwriting Reserve Account: -It is proposed to transfer £10,000 from this account to the sterling reserve food, which with the amount transferred from 1914 account will then stand at £180,000.
Investments, The aggregate value of the company's sterling securities has been based on the official minimum prices, or, where these are not available, on the mean market priose at the end of July 1914 as taken from the official London Stock Erohange List. In the case of other securities tha market value on June 30 1015) has been taken as the basis of
valuation.
Directors. In accordance with the provisions of the articles of
association the directors all rotire but, being eligible, offer them. selves for re-election.
Audit. The accounts hoys been audited by Messrs. G. R. Wingrove and F. N. Matthews, who again tender their services to the shareholders.
