According to Reuter's correspondent at Amsterdam the Cologne Gazette representative at Athens elates that the Russian and Italian Ministara are preparing to leave Gresso. Their families will prob- ably leave to-day by warship for Italy.

ALLIES BLOCKADB BULGARIAN COAST,

October 10, 7.40 p.m. It is officially announced that the Vice Admiral commanding the Eastern Mediterranean squadron of the Allied flots has declared a blockade of the Balgarian coast from the Aegoan Sea, commencing from 8 o'clock in the morning of October 16.

Forty-sight hours' grace will be granted for the departure of neutral vessels from the blockaded aren.

MONTENEGRINS REPULSE TH 3 AUSTRIANS.
