That it is not for the com- fort or convenience of the mem- bers of tea Club as a whole, or of the Subscribers or Visitors thereto, that any Member who is the subject of a Nation between which and Great Britain a state of war exists should continue to be a Member of the Club.

2. That the Articles of As- sociation be accordingly altered by the insertion of the following additional paragraph at the end of Article XXXII, namely:-

"Any Member who is the sub- ject of a Nation between which and Great Brit in a state of war exists shall, ipso facte, coose to be a Member of the Club and shall no longer be entitled to any of the privileges of the Club."
