Rosenthal's Mission to England: It was announced officially on July 15 that the prisoner Robert. Rosenthal, who on July 6 was tried by court-martial on charges of espionage, was found guilty and sentenced to death. The sentence was duly confirmed and was carried out yesterday morn ing says the libe.

extcation has been announced. Rosenthal is the third spy whose Carl Lody was shot at the Tower of London on November 6 and Muller was similarly executed on June 28.

When Bosenthal's arrest was reported it was stated that he confessed he was sent to England by the German Admiralty to obtain naval information.

He was diught on the point of leaving the country, after being here only a short time. His trial took place in camera at the Middlesex Guildhall.
