Domestic Loan Commission, The Minister of Fissace bar' organised a special commission to inspect the affairs in connection with the issuance of the Domestio Loan bonds by the Government. The Director of the Law Com pilation Bureau has drawn up regulations to govern the organi sation and the functions of the commission. The commission is to be known as the Public Loso Inspection Commission and will have ten delegates, five of whom will be appointed by the Board of Audit and the other five by the Taanobeng Yuan. The Minister of Finance will have superinten- dence over the Commission.
