Compulsory Installation of

Wireless Telegraphy, The Kwantung Government has received a telegram from the Foreign Office, Tokyo, stating that the compulsory installation of wireless telegraphy on board vessels entering British ports, as stipulated by the British Com~ marcial Law, to be effective on and after July lat, 1915, has had its operation postponed till the end of next December.

Notice to Mariners. Notice is hereby given that a steal Beacon with a concrete base and surmounted by a black spherical day-mark has been erested in the Yong River, 70 feet from the pierhead of Kiang- nen Stone Jetty.
