FRENCH OFFICIAL REVIEW OF OPERATIONS.
July 23, 5.40 a.m. According to Renter's correspondent at Paris, an official review of the operations at the Dardanelles, from June 25 to the 9th inst, in describing the British attack of Jane 28, says there was no stopping the infantry onos they had started. The report farther says that two days prior to s Turkish general attack on the 5th inst. observers reported the arrival of 10,000 Tarkish re-inforcements. The attack characterised the display of resources which up till then had not been manifested by the Turks. A battleship anchored in the Natrowe participated in the artillery preparation.
