The British Gov ramezt has reason to believe that the advertiss- ment is not genuine, but is published with the deliberate intention of creating a false impression. The Government has given no order in Americs or elsewhere for an explosiva such as described and han neither used nor contemplates using an invention, the effects of which are those described.
