Foreign Trade Returns.

The foreign trade of this coun. iry for the first decade of list month represented a total value of Y3185,000, viz, exports 115,224,000 and imports Y16- 201,000. There was an exconn of imports of Y017,000 says the Kede Herald. As compared with the previous decade, exports de- created: by 1 per cent, chielly Owing to reduced shipments of copper, raw silk, citton jasand eatton cloth; and importa alxo decreased by 24 per cent, chiefly due to the heavy falling of of arrivals of raw cotton. Specie und) ballo, representing a value ol Y1,012,000, were exported during the decade. Osaka's foreign trade for the ten days wae exporte Y1319,450 and imports T- exceeding „503,302; "imports
