Notice is hereby given that the. Matriculation, Senior and Junior Local Examinations will be held on the following date:
July 12th-17th 1915. Arrangemonts will be made to hold the Examinations at any town whore, à sufficient number of candidatos offer themselves,
Candidates must send in their nзmes to tho Registrar, with the fee, not later than June 1st 1915, Examination Voe $10.00 (Hong- kong Curroney).
Forms of Entry and all parti- aulara may be obtained on ap- plication to the Registrar. Un- Iversity, Hongkong.
Two King Edward VII Scholar ships of £10 a year each, for live years, will be awarded on the Matriculation results of the Examination.
These Scholarships are tonable by British subjects only who must ba under the age of 21 on the 1st July. A Candidato 'who wishes to compete must, on or before the first day of the Examinations, deliver to the Registrar, proof that he is a British subject.
One Scholarship will be tonable in the Faculty of Arts, the other in any Faculty

leave the Colony should apply in writing, for permission to do so to the Provost Marshal Head Quarters Offices, at least 48 hours before the intended hour of departure, giving name, nation- ality, age, sex, height, complexion and occupation of the applicant, and stating the name of the steamer or other vessel or tho" hour of the train by which the applicant wishes to leave. 'AP- plicants should apply in person for their passes to the Provost Marshal at Head Quarters Offices between the hours of 9 am, and 1 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. daily."
